Each and every one of my Clients are Amazing and as rare as it is for me to exercise my rules and regulations, I do have a few. This helps me to keep our relationship as professional and therapeutic as possible.
24 hour notice required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please contact me if you can't keep your appointment so someone else can book that time slot. If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours notice as required, there may be a fee of 50% the original session cost due payable before another session can be re-scheduled.
Tardiness & Lost Session Time:
If you expect to be late for a scheduled session, please call. Even if you are unable to call, the length of your session will then have to be determined by me and could possibly be shortened depending on my next scheduled appointment. My sessions are scheduled to start and end on time to allow both my clients and myself to plan accordingly. If this is your first appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that I can discuss any health conditions, special needs, etc. with you, so you can get the most out of your session.
If any behavior on the part of a client is considered inappropriate, including but not limited to off-color comments, sexual innuendo and/or rude requests, the session will be terminated immediately and full payment will be due immediately at time session is terminated.
Confidentiality:Any and all information obtained prior to, during or after a session will never be shared with a 3rd party without written consent from the Client or when subpoenaed by a court of law. The information shared with me is strictly to help you get the most from our therapy sessions and will be kept in a private, confidential file.
Acceptable Payment:Cash or credit cards only. Checks may be accepted based on a case by case situation with established Clients only, a $25.00 returned check fee will be applied if check does not clear.
